This proposed study will implement standardized training for acupuncture and other CAM (complementary and alternative medicine) modalities to providers, offer safe and effective alternative therapies to our beneficiaries, research the real world effectiveness of deployed CAM modalities in the military medicine environment.
This is for a contract solicitation.
|o Elicit requirements using interviews, data analysis, business process descriptions, stories, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis.|
o Act as a liaison between technology teams and internal business units.
o Assist in identifying data quality problems and in determining options for how they will be handled. Will also play a role in testing and validation and in delivering user training and communications
o Be subject matter expert on our data, processes, and business methodologies
o Collect multiple streams of data and decompose them into concise specifications
o Collaborate with technical experts and business units to determine the best possible reporting mechanisms
o Counsel and advise users on system capabilities and processes applicable systems
o Experience managing and manipulating data utilizing Microsoft SQL Server
o Roadmap development and strategic planning
|o Bachelor's degree in business, health administration, public administration, matehematics, IT or another related field of study|
o At least two years of work experience in data analysis
o Advanced Master Certificate in Applied Project Management preferred
o Additional academic credentials (Master's degree in Operations Research or Systems Engineering) and/or work with the federal government, especially the Department of Defense, preferred
o Excellent computational, organizational, writing and communication skills required
